The Role
An interim Managing Directors role with real scope and potential, leading a well-resourced, ambitious and high calibre senior leadership team in the pursuit of greater market share and profitability.
Key tasks:
- Developing and implementing a transformational strategy that:
- Assesses market opportunities, organisational structure and resources
- Introduces automation
- Increases productivity, quality and yield
- Introduces new product derivatives
- Grows market share and profitability.

An experienced, Managing Director with a strong process manufacturing background.
- Will be able to demonstrate "hands on" experience of organisational change, productivity improvement and new product introduction, whilst delivering high levels of customer service.
- An excellent communicator an enthusiastic leader and crusader for change, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Personal credibility, integrity, vision and drive.
