What You'll Be Responsible For
- Setting and delivering the growth strategy
- Driving revenue, profitability and operational performance
- Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Leading engineering, manufacturing, sales, service and operational teams
- Developing a high-performance culture focused on growth and accountability
- Identifying new markets, opportunities and revenue streams
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience leading an engineering, HVAC, refrigeration, heat pump or industrial services business
- Strong commercial leader with full P&L accountability
- Demonstrable track record of scaling businesses and delivering growth
- Experienced in building, motivating and developing high-performing teams
- Strategic thinker with exceptional operational and commercial acumen
