Lead the Next Chapter of an International Premium Consumer Brand
Our client is an award-winning designer, manufacturer and distributor of premium consumer products with a long-established reputation for quality, innovation and exceptional design.
Following a period of sustained success, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead its day-to-day operations.
Working closely with the founders, you will take responsibility for the leadership and operational performance of the business, ensuring ambitious growth plans are successfully delivered.
The founders will remain involved in product innovation, brand development and creative direction, allowing you to focus on building a high-performing organisation capable of scaling for the future.

As Managing Director, you will lead the business across all operational functions, ensuring the organisation is well-positioned to deliver sustainable growth while maintaining the exceptional quality and customer experience the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day management of the business.
- Driving operational excellence across all functions.
- Aligning sales, operations, supply chain and customer service to improve business performance.
- Developing global distribution performance.
- Strengthening business processes, reporting and organisational capability.
- Supporting continued international expansion and optimising route-to-market strategies.
- Working closely with the founders to deliver the company's long-term growth ambitions.
- Preserving the entrepreneurial culture while introducing the structure and accountability required for future growth.
About You
We're looking for an accomplished business leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on leadership style and enjoys building high-performing organisations.
You will bring:
- Experience within toys, gifting, lifestyle, homewares or other premium consumer product categories.
- A proven track record of scaling a design-led, branded consumer products business.
- Experience leading international operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong operational leadership across sales, supply chain, finance and customer service.
- Full P&L responsibility with a history of delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
- Experience working within a founder-led or entrepreneurial business where collaboration, agility and pace are essential.
- The ability to inspire teams, build strong relationships and lead through change.
