π About the Role
Our agency partner is an award-winning strategic creative agency with studios in Newcastle and Leeds, delivering branding, campaigns, digital and marketing for ambitious national and international brands. With an established reputation for strategy-led creativity and long-standing client partnerships, they're now looking for a commercially driven Managing Director to lead the agency into its next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on accelerating agency growth, strengthening client relationships, developing the team and driving new business. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll shape commercial strategy while ensuring the agency continues to deliver outstanding creative work and exceptional client service.

π― Key Responsibilities
- Lead the agency's commercial growth strategy, driving new business and expanding existing client relationships.
- Inspire, mentor and develop high-performing teams across Client Services, Strategy and Creative.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and represent the agency at the highest level.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring projects are commercially successful and delivered to an exceptional standard.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and service offerings to support continued growth.
- Champion the agency's culture, values and ambitious vision for the future.

- Proven leadership experience within a creative, branding, digital or integrated marketing agency.
- A strong track record of delivering commercial growth and winning new business.
- Outstanding relationship-building and leadership skills.

- An inspiring leader who enjoys shaping agency culture while remaining close to clients and opportunities.
