Your focus will be to: Define and deliver a bold, long-term growth strategy across UK & Europe Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing executive leadership team Strengthen brand positioning and innovation across professional and consumer markets Ensure strong financial governance, reporting, and operational discipline Act as a key ambassador, building strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships
About you You're a strategically minded, commercially astute leader with a strong track record of growing and transforming businesses in technical or product-led environments.
You are likely to bring: Proven experience in executive-level P&L leadership A track record of scaling businesses and delivering sustainable profitability Broad operational expertise across commercial, technical, marketing, and supply chain functions The ability to lead through growth, transformation, and complexity Strong communication skills with the credibility to influence stakeholders globally Fluency in Mandarin, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders
