Managing Director

Managing Director – Consumer Legal Tech Services

(High-Growth / PE-Backed Opportunity)

Location & Compensation

  • Hybrid role (Minimum 4 days/week in the Berkshire office)
  • Salary: £150,000 – £180,000 base + car allowance (£6,000)
    • bonus + equity/Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)

About the Opportunity

This is not a role for someone content with maintaining the status quo. After acquiring an award-winning digital disruptor, the PE-backed national services provider seeks to create the UK’s most innovative consumer legal services platform. Combining digital agility with a national network and millions of existing customer relationships, the division requires a transformative leader to drive exponential growth—targeting double- or triple-digit annual turnover growth from its multi-million-pound run rate.

An ideal candidate will:

  • Seize this rare opportunity to professionalise operations
  • Boost an already-successful scale-up to military leader status in a sector ripe for change

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
