Is this the year you put your experience to work for yourself?

You have spent years leading organisations, driving performance and delivering results. Now, you may be asking what it would look like to use that experience to build something of your own while helping other business owners succeed.

As a thexton armstrong Partner, you will own and lead your own business mentoring consultancy within an exclusive territory. You will work directly with SME owners to improve profitability, sharpen strategy, strengthen leadership and build businesses with greater long-term value.

This is practical, commercially substantive work. You will see the difference you make in measurable results, stronger businesses and more confident owners.

At the same time, you will be building a respected local consultancy with recurring client relationships, low operating overheads and the potential to create meaningful long-term income and value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
