Managing Editor (Digital Content) | $61/hr Remote
Writers and Authors
Type: Part-time, Contract Compensation: $49 – $61/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate and edit AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Develop and implement training materials and datasets for improving narrative structure and linguistic quality in AI models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing actionable feedback for iterative AI training processes.
- Identify and analyze patterns in AI outputs to enhance model performance and reduce errors.
- Conduct research on writing trends and best practices to inform AI training strategies.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a writer, author, or editor, supported by a strong portfolio of published work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and nuanced critique.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital content creation tools.
- Ability to critique, revise, and enhance long-form and short-form content.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, particularly in remote settings.
