Managing Partner – Connected Commerce
Location: London | Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week) | Salary: Up to £105,000

Key Responsibilities
The role includes:
- Own the end-to-end connected commerce agenda across multiple markets
- Lead senior client relationships and regional commerce strategy
- Drive integration across media, retail media, eCommerce, data, and analytics
- Oversee commercial performance, growth opportunities, and portfolio health
- Establish governance, operating models, and delivery standards across markets
- Lead and develop senior teams across Europe and North America
- Support major pitches, proposition development, and commercial growth

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has senior leadership experience in digital commerce, retail media, or integrated marketing -Has managed large regional or global client portfolios
- Has built, developed, and led teams across multiple markets
- Understands the intersection of commerce, media, retail, and data
- Brings strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Can operate confidently at executive level both internally and externally
