Role Description
Managing Partner – Altiatech Founders Platform
This is not a salaried position.
This is a commercial partnership opportunity for experienced technology leaders who want to build and run their own specialist business with the backing of Altiatech.

To qualify, you must be able to bring, originate, or close a minimum £100k customer opportunity within your chosen business stream.

We are looking for 12 Managing Partners to lead specialist technology businesses across the Altiatech group.
Think of it as a technology franchise-style model: you bring the network, market access, commercial drive and ability to win business. We provide the platform, infrastructure, brand, systems, supplier relationships, compliance, delivery capability and senior support.
The Opportunity

Each Managing Partner will lead a dedicated business stream with the aim of building pipeline, winning customers, growing revenue and scaling a team.

- A proven commercial track record
- Experience in technology sales, delivery, consulting or leadership
- A strong network of clients, prospects or partners

Qualification Requirement
To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate a credible route to a £100k+ customer opportunity. That could be:
- An existing client relationship
- A qualified pipeline opportunity
- A warm enterprise introduction
- A sector you can open
- A deal you can originate, progress or close
- A customer already interested in one of the Launchpad streams
This requirement exists because this is not a normal job. It is a partnership model built around value creation.
