Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant from Senior level - Business Manager level searching for a new challenge and your next move in Executive Search?
Mackinnon Bruce is now looking for people to join us at various levels - starting at Senior level - Business Manager level, that wants to work across our very successful Industrial Division.
This role is based in our Nottingham office, and will be working within our Industrial division, we have several markets available.
Mackinnon Bruce International specialises in the recruitment of professionals across Chemical, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Clean Energy, Renewables, Technology and Industrial Manufacturing.
With significant investment planned across the business, we are looking for experienced, driven, and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Nottingham office.

The Role: What you'll be doing:
- Build and lead a full 360 desk – identifying new business opportunities, pitching and winning clients, negotiating terms, and fulfilling recruitment needs.
- Establish yourself as a market expert by building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop your personal brand through content creation, networking, and presence across our platforms.
- Implement a strategic approach to business development, using both candidate-led and client-led techniques.
Requirements: What we are looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role with a proven track record of success.
- Managed a team successfully
- Strong business development skills with the ability to win and grow key accounts.
- Highly motivated and financially driven with a desire to progress quickly.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, confident managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and lead your own success.
- A passion for working in a high-performance environment with clear progression opportunities
