Managing Consultant / Associate Director – Power & Energy

Build the business. Shape the strategy. Lead the future.

Location: Manchester City Centre (Office Based)

About NEO International Partners

NEO International Partners is entering its next phase of growth, and we're looking for an ambitious recruitment leader to take ownership of NEO Energy, our global Power & Energy practice.

This is an opportunity to inherit an established platform, lead an experienced team, work directly alongside the founders of the business, and help build one of the industry's leading international executive search practices within the energy and infrastructure sector.

The Opportunity

You'll assume responsibility for an existing Power & Energy division covering:

  • Renewable Energy
  • Conventional Power Generation
  • Nuclear
  • Power Transmission & Distribution
  • Grid Infrastructure
  • Energy Transition

Working with an established team of consultants, existing international clients, and live assignments, your remit will be to grow the division strategically across the UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. You'll have genuine influence over recruitment strategy, market direction, service offering, hiring plans, and future expansion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
