Overview
We are looking for a content creator to lead the creation of social-first content across Albert’s Schloss and Schiller’s Hall.
The focus of this role is Instagram. Creating and editing engaging reels, stories and photography that capture the atmosphere, energy and character of our venues. It is about spotting moments in busy venues and turning them into social content that feels authentic and engaging.
You will spend time in venues capturing the theatre of the spaces. Food being made and served, drinks being created and poured, live entertainment, busy nights and the personality of the teams and guests. The aim is to bring the brands to life visually and create content that makes people want to visit.
Alongside video, the role also includes capturing strong static photography that can be used across Instagram, CRM communications and website content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
