Role: HR Manager – Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana

Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience) + up to 30% bonus

Contract: Full time

About Rudy's

Rudy's Pizza Napoletana is one of the UK's fastest growing pizza brands, bringing authentic, AVPN-certified Neapolitan pizza to guests across the country. From our first pizzeria in Manchester's Ancoats, we've grown to 40 pizzerias nationwide, 1000 colleagues – with ambitious growth plans for UK expansion.

Behind the dough, the passion and the pace of growth is the Mission Mars and Rudy’s People & Culture team that genuinely cares about our people. As we scale, we're looking for a HR Manager to strengthen the Rudy’s team. This is a role with clear career development opportunities.

THE ROLE

As HR Manager, you'll own employee relations for Rudy's across the UK – driving fair, consistent case outcomes, building manager capability, and championing the wellbeing of our teams. You'll be the trusted voice managers turn to for honest, practical advice, and a key link between the pizzerias and the wider People & Culture team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
