Sales Executive (Part Time) - Albert's Schloss
Salary: £13.45 per hour + Tronc + Bonus
We’re looking for someone passionate and experienced in sales, to join us as a Sales Executive for Albert’s Schloss Manchester. We need superstars who have worked in a reservations, host, or admin role before and who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a world-class service to our guests.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing bookings through Collins - DesignMyNight and answering phone queries
- Working with the front of house team to ensure booking notes are communicated efficiently
- Targeting key contacts to encourage bookings
- Working with the Sales & Events Manager with outreach projects
- Attending external & pop-up events to promote Albert's Schloss

Who We Need
- Someone who has a love for great hospitality
- A genuine desire to go above and beyond and make our guests feel at home & welcome
- Organised & computer literate
- Experience with Collins - DesignMyNight would be helpful but not essential
