Experienced Sales Associates Wanted for Manchester Retail Store
Reporting to: Store Manager
£13.50 per hour + monthly bonus up to 10%
Part-time position (7.5 hours pw)
Weekend and evening availability essential
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a disciplined approach to thoughtful, personal, and effective service.
- Be a standout ambassador for Represent by maintaining an expert level of product and brand knowledge.
- Follow and achieve store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Nurture and develop VIC relationships, and conduct elevated, personal shopping appointments.
- Support on the delivery and execution of store events, from 1-1 appointments to large-scale community events.
- Play an active part in elevating both our front and back of house spaces through relentless attention-to-detail, process compliance, and proactively finding opportunities to improve.
- Use of store systems, including point of sale and stockroom management.
