Mandarin Speaking Accountant

Our client, a Commodity Trading firm, is looking to hire a Mandarin Speaking Accountant to join their team in London.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Produce budget forecasts, analyse variances, and carry out monthly trading performance reviews
  • Work closely with the finance team to complete month-end reconciliations, ensuring financial data is accurate, compliant, and reported on time.
  • Carry out intercompany reconciliations and confirmations for purchases, sales, receivables, payables, and cash flows in line with month-end deadlines and Head Office requirements.

You will need to have the following experience:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with extensive accounting experience.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with IFRS and UK statutory accounting and reporting requirements.
