IT Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and technically strong IT Specialist to join our growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid system application experience who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working closely with business users.
You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing company systems, contributing to ongoing system development, and helping strengthen our information security practices.
System & Application Support
- Support and maintain core business systems to ensure stability and performance
- Work closely with internal departments to understand operational needs and deliver practical system solutions
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives
- Troubleshoot system and application issues efficiently to minimize business disruption

Development & Integration Support
- Assist with system customization, scripting, or minor development tasks
- Support system integrations and data flows between platforms
- Collaborate with vendors and technical partners where necessary
Information Security Support
- Support implementation of IT security best practices and policies
- Assist with patch management, access control, and system monitoring
- Contribute to maintaining a secure and compliant IT environment
Daily IT Operations
- Provide responsive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across departments
- Maintain documentation and continuously improve IT processes
Requirements
Experience
- 2–4+ years of experience in IT support, system application support, or infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on experience supporting business systems or enterprise applications

Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of system applications and business process support
- Basic knowledge of software development concepts (e.g., scripting, APIs, system logic)
- Familiarity with databases and networking fundamentals
- Exposure to cybersecurity principles is a strong advantage
Personal Attributes
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Eager to learn and grow within a structured IT team
This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days per week) and Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
