Rate: £12.71/hour

Description of duties:

  • Contacting customers of our client by phone to obtain their feedback regarding the level of service they received
  • Record the collected data onto an online system
  • Where applicable translate the feedback into English
  • Report to the Project Manager on the progress of your calls to ensure the work is completed correctly and within a deadline date

Person Specification:

  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • First-language proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese
  • Ability to multitask
  • Results and target orientated
  • Self-motivated
  • A good attention to detail
  • A professional approach
  • Customer service experience
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications and the Internet (desirable)

Work Pattern: This is a part-time position with around 5-10 hours of work per week. Working times are flexible and range between Monday to Friday - business hours in the country you are calling to. Working from home is essential.
