About the Role
This critical position at [Company Name] requires a Mandarin-speaking officer to support loan operations, financial reviews, and back-office processes. Key Responsibilities: Loan Credit Review
- Conduct regular loan reviews to assess borrower health and compliance
- Collect and file vital financial documentation (e.g., annual reports, covenants, ratings)
- Monitor company credit ratings and alert for:
- Major goodwill impairment
- asset impairments
- Financial ratios/deviations affecting balance sheets/Income Statements
- Update internal ratings based on emerging data

Back Office Operations
- Handle loan drawdowns, repayments, interest repricing, and payments
- Process premium/discount loan amortization
- Execute money market transactions (e.g., SWIFT messaging)
- Generate daily/monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders
- Attend to incoming/outgoing SWIFT messages (verify & log daily activity)
Essential Skills & Experiences
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (written/verbal clarity demanded)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word for financial analysis/reporting)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (client-facing where required)
- Ability to work independently with discrete judgement
- Time-management and adaptability for job rotation
Occasional Support Role Expectations
- Willingness to participate in departmental handover meetings or cross-training
- Attention to detail for data accuracy
