Overview
We are seeking a talented and friendly Nail Technician to join our professional beauty team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional nail care services and creating a relaxing experience for clients. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, providing a range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail art. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and communication is essential to ensure repeat business and positive client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art according to client preferences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas and tools, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable nail designs and care routines.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their appointment by delivering excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future appointments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products to offer innovative services.
- Promote retail products when appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a beauty or salon environment.
- Proficiency in makeup application is desirable but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure precise application and finishing of treatments.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends if required, while maintaining a professional attitude.
- A recognised qualification in nail technology or beauty therapy is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
