The opportunity

We're looking for a Test Analyst to support the successful delivery of technology and business change projects by providing end-to-end testing services across a range of initiatives. You'll work across technical implementations, infrastructure projects and business process change, ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested before they are introduced into the live environment.

Working alongside project teams, business stakeholders and development teams in both the UK and US, you'll plan and coordinate testing activities, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defects and provide clear reporting throughout the testing lifecycle. You'll also contribute to improving testing practices and help project teams adopt consistent testing approaches.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, co-ordinate and execute functional, integration, regression and non-functional testing across technology and business change projects
  • Produce test plans, scenarios, test cases and scripts based on business and project requirements
  • Co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scheduling, user communication, script management and defect tracking
  • Manage defects throughout their lifecycle, working with project teams and technical colleagues to support resolution
  • Analyse and report on testing progress, results and quality metrics throughout project delivery
  • Work with project teams to define appropriate testing approaches across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments
  • Support the adoption of automated testing where appropriate and provide guidance on suitable testing approaches
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to testing processes, standards and techniques

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
