Manual Tester / Senior QA
We are looking for a hands-on Manual Tester / Senior QA to support delivery across a complex transformation programme. The role is execution-focused, with responsibility for test planning, test execution, defect management, and working closely with engineering and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute manual test cases and test scenarios
- Support SIT, UAT, regression and integration testing
- Prepare and maintain test data and environments
- Track progress, defects, risks, and blockers
- Work with engineering teams to drive defect resolution
- Provide clear reporting on test status and quality
- Identify gaps in requirements and raise issues early
- Support coordination of testing across multiple workstreams
Required Experience
- Strong manual testing background experience across:
- SIT / UAT / regression / integration testing
- Confident in:
- Test case design
- Defect tracking (JIRA or similar)
- Test reporting
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Good stakeholder communication skills
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
