Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine

Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine

You’ll work within the production team to maintain and run the production lines, ensuring quality products are produced for our customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, and demanding role—but highly rewarding, as you’ll be part of a team contributing to delivering top-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run production lines to maintain efficiency and quality standards
  • Conduct system set-ups and calibration to ensure orders meet compliance requirements
  • Maximise overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to minimise waste, downtime, and material loss (giveaway)
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Follow safety, quality, and hygiene protocols at all times
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth production processes

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

✔ Have previous experience in a production environment, ideally with machinery ✔ Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal ✔ Enjoy working in a fast-paced, demanding environment ✔ Work well as part of a team and love staying physically active ✔ Can maintain concentration during repetitive tasks ✔ Are adaptable, with the ability to work in varying temperatures
