Manufacturing Key Operative – Machine
Working within the production team, you’ll maintain and run production lines to ensure quality products are produced for our customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment. This role is fast-paced, high-volume, and demanding, but it’s incredibly rewarding knowing you’re part of a team delivering quality products for our customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Running the production line
- Conducting system set-ups and calibration to meet orders and ensure compliance
- Aiming to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime, and giveaway
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery with precision to maintain high standards of production
- Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Contribute to team-based continuous improvement initiatives

About You
If you’re the type of person who:
✔ Has previous experience in a production environment with machinery ✔ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) ✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ✔ Works well as part of a team and enjoys physical activity ✔ Can maintain focus in repetitive tasks despite long shifts ✔ Is open to working in varied temperature conditions
