Manufacturing Line Leader - Production

Line Leader – Production Team (Myton Food Group)

About the Role

As Line Leader in our Production team, you’ll oversee a set area of our operation, driving standards to ensure the consistency of delivery.

  • Provide the tools and training to help colleagues understand key ways of working and relevant site processes
  • Act as a mentor, supporting and educating staff on correct procedures while fostering continuous improvement
  • Foster a listening culture, addressing issues and coordinating process enhancements that streamline and simplify workflows

Operating within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, you’ll work flexibly to support and liaise with multiple teams. Enhancing efficiency and delivery speed while maintaining quality standards will be central to your responsibilities.
