Role: Line Operator (Kettering Team)

Act as a key contributor within the Kettering Team, reporting to the Production Team Leader. Core functions include supporting plant production goals and executing tasks critical to overall business planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adherence to and implementation of plant/corporate directives for safe operational performance.
  • Ownership of production line excellence, championing world-class manufacturing standards.
  • Conduct inspections of in-process or finished product to align with quality targets.
  • Maintain work area and equipment for optimal safety and efficiency.
  • Assist with routine equipment checks and lubrication tasks.
  • Promote and support lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide on-the-job training to staff.
  • Maintain an 8.5-hour rotating shift schedule (early, late, and night shifts).

Ideal Candidates

  • Exhibits attention to detail and can follow instructions accurately.
  • Demonstrates interest in mechanics and technical dexterity.
  • Demonstrates sound communication skills to explain processes clearly.
  • Is fluently proficient in written and spoken English.
