Callaway Golf Europe is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Manager based in Swindon.
Work Arrangement: This position is site based at our Manufacturing and Distribution Centre in South Marston Business Estate, Swindon (SN3). Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:00 (40 hours per week).
The Manufacturing Manager will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £65,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

About the Role
The Manufacturing Manager will play a key role leading the Custom Club, Logo and Embroidery production departments. As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost, while developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and developing production managers and their teams to deliver outstanding performance
- Driving manufacturing performance against safety, quality, delivery and cost targets
- Planning labour and production capacity to meet customer demand and business objectives
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
- Working collaboratively with local and global stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

About You
The Manufacturing Manager will be an experienced manufacturing leader with a passion for developing people and delivering operational excellence. You will be a collaborative and engaging leader with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset, capable of making sound decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
Essential:
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production, including 3-5 years in a management role
- Demonstrable experience leading large teams within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong background in labour planning, performance management and cost control
- Experience driving operational performance, quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP/manufacturing systems

Desirable:
- IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification
- Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement experience
