Manufacturing Manager - Cambridge
A leading high-technology manufacturer is seeking a commercially minded Manufacturing Manager to lead and develop all production operations. You will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, high-quality, and scalable manufacturing, supporting both current programmes and future growth.
This is a key leadership role driving operational excellence within a regulated environment, overseeing production, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement.

Required Experience
- Proven leadership within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain, and operations
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and KPI management
- Background in quality, compliance, and ISO environments
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Engineering or technical qualification

Production & Operations
- Lead daily production to achieve delivery, quality, and efficiency targets
- Execute manufacturing schedules in line with customer demand
- Oversee manufacturing, purchasing, and supplier coordination
- Ensure effective use of ERP/MRP systems
- Monitor KPIs and resolve operational risks
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain ISO, regulatory, and health & safety compliance
- Support audits and ensure consistent quality standards
- Promote a culture of quality and process discipline
