Manufacturing Manager – Lead from the Shop Floor
This is a hands-on, production-driven role where you’ll manage and optimise our manufacturing lines daily. If you thrive in a fast-paced,production environment—driving efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring everything ships on time—you’ll love what we do.
We launched in 2020 and haven’t stopped growing. Since then, we’ve:
- Launched new high-speed sleeving lines
- Expanded our premises and technology
- Invested heavily in automation and AI

What you’ll be doing
- Own production lines—driving throughput, optimising output and leading from the shop floor.
- Maximise machine efficiency through set-ups, changeovers, calibration and real-time adjustments.
- Prevent downtime with a proactive maintenance strategy.
- Continuously analyse and eliminate waste and inefficiencies, improving performance.
- Maintain strict quality, cleanliness and safety standards—no exceptions.
- Lead and coach the production team, reinforcing high output, quality, safety and pace standards.
