We are partnering with one of the UK's leading food manufacturers to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Manager for a large, high-performing site in Northamptonshire.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a business renowned for its culture, investment in people, excellent benefits and exceptional employee retention.

The Role:

  • Lead the day-to-day manufacturing operation across a 24/7 site.
  • Manage a team of 9 Shift Managers and around 110 colleagues.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement, operational excellence and cultural change.
  • Deliver improvements across safety, quality, cost, delivery and productivity.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Technical, Planning and Supply Chain.
  • Represent the manufacturing operation during customer visits and senior stakeholder meetings.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is currently an Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Head of Production, Head of Manufacturing or Factory Manager.
  • Has managed a large manufacturing operation through multiple Shift Managers.
  • Has a proven track record of delivering transformational operational and cultural change.
  • Is commercially astute, with experience reducing costs and improving factory performance.
  • Comes from a high-volume food or FMCG manufacturing environment.
