About Us

2 Sisters Food Group is one of the UK's leading food manufacturers, supplying major retailers with high-quality products. Our Rogerstone Meals site produces around 1.6 million meals every week, operating at scale in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. We are committed to delivering consistently high standards while creating genuine opportunities for career progression across our teams.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team, with full accountability for site operations across the weekend. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead manufacturing from Friday through Monday, covering the end of one production cycle and the start of the next. You will act as the senior escalation point for the entire site, with full ownership of operational performance during this period. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. You will spend significant time on the shop floor (circa 50%), leading teams, driving standards, and making real-time decisions to keep production moving.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
