Manufacturing Office Coordinator

Location: Cwmbran, South Wales

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and industry knowledge.

About Us

KV Rollers Limited is a well-established manufacturer of industrial rubber rollers, supplying customers across a wide range of industries throughout the UK and worldwide, with bespoke products and exceptional customer service.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Office Coordinator to join our busy office team. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, previous experience within a manufacturing environment, and the confidence to communicate with customers, suppliers, and production staff. Technical knowledge of the rubber roller industry would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
  • Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Liaising with customers regarding lead times and deliveries
  • Coordinating work with the production department
  • Purchasing materials and managing supplier relationships
  • Maintaining accurate records using Sage 50 and Microsoft Office
  • Producing delivery notes, invoices, and manufacturing paperwork
  • Providing general office administration and customer support
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the manufacturing office

Essential Requirements

  • Previous office experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Sage 50 (or similar accounts/order processing software)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional with excellent attention to detail
