Job Description
Know How Resourcing are recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based in the Morley (LS27) area of Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work in a well-established company offering a supportive team environment and the potential for long-term career development.
Shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 12-Hour Shifts | 3 On / 3 Off
Contract: Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading metal components (some items may be heavy)
- Wrapping pallets and preparing goods for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Picking and packing items
- Operating FLT truck after training

Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual handling role preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting heavier items
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-moving setting
