Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Operative in Wellingborough!
We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Manufacturing Machine Operatives to join our vibrant team in Wellingborough!
If you have a passion for hands-on work, and a desire to contribute to an innovative production environment, with great attention to details and pride in what you do, we want to hear from you!
This role is temporary to permanent after 12 weeks of service offering a pay rate of £16.03 per hour on a rotating shift pattern of 6am until 2pm and 2pm until 10pm.
What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll play a vital role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery and equipment with precision and care
- Assisting in assembly line processes to ensure efficient production
- Quality checking products to maintain our high standards
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
- Following health and safety protocols to create a safe work environment
