Manufacturing Operator
Mainline Production Operator
About the Role
The successful candidate will join a highly skilled and motivated team within the Mainline department—a dynamic, fast-paced shift-based environment. The role demands adaptability, as duties include operating Yumi robots and line feeding, while maintaining focus on hourly output and manufactured unit quality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of production lines, including monitoring product quality and hourly output rates
- Escalate all quality-related issues promptly and communicate them effectively
- Deliver daily output schedules by addressing line bottlenecks and improving efficiency
- Assist with product changeovers, supported by the production engineering team
- Uphold line stop rules to meet Quality KPIs
- Review production lines and propose innovative improvement methods
- Maintain strict 5S standards as per the line matrix
