Location: Perth (On-site)
Rotation: Day shift and Night shift roles

Position Type: Full-time, 9-Month Contract

Pay Rate: GBP 13.20/hr + Shift Allowance

Hours: 40 hours per week (Overtime Available)

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Perth. In this role, you will support daily production goals by following standard procedures, operating equipment, handling packaging, and maintaining high product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP guidelines, and safety rules.
  • Set up, run, and monitor production lines, packaging, and sorting materials.
  • Complete production paperwork, accurate labeling, and line clearance.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment as required.
  • Use manufacturing software (e.g., QAD, AGILE) to track schedules and documentation.
  • Attend daily start-of-shift meetings and collaborate with team members.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in/around Perth.
  • Education: Secondary education, advanced certificate, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in a manufacturing or lab environment (or equivalent training).
  • Skills: Proficient in English (spoken/written) and basic Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Safety: Must provide/wear safety boots and follow site PPE policies.
