Manufacturing Operator I (Medical Assembly)
We are seeking detail-oriented Manufacturing Operators to join our production team in Perth. This is a full-time, 12-month contract role within a fast-paced, cleanroom environment.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the manual assembly of medical-grade tubing and components, ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards.
The Details
- Pay Rate: GBP13.20 per hour
- Location: Perth, UK (On-site)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift Pattern:
- Mon–Fri; 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Night shift/rotational shifts available
- Contract Length: 9 months
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly: Manually assemble tubing, connectors, and medical bags according to technical drawings and blueprints.
- Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of in-process and finished goods to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate GMP-compliant records and logs.
- Precision Work: Use tape measures and basic math to ensure adherence to exact specifications.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet production targets while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly beneficial.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow complex written instructions
- Physical Ability:
- Comfortable standing for 8–12 hours
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs (22kg) occasionally
- Environment: Willingness to work in a controlled cleanroom
