Work Schedule
Standard (Mon-Fri)
Environmental Conditions
- Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
- Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
- Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
- Standing for full shift

Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing tasks with detailed execution and strict adherence to safety protocols
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
- Successfully implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Compete in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets and quality standards

Requirements
Education: High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.
Experience:
- Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
- Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
- Understanding of contamination prevention and cleanliness
- Teamwork and effective communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
