Location: Featherstone, WF7
Shift pattern: Full-time / permanent, working 12-hour 20-minute shifts (rotating between days, nights, and weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and maintain industrial machinery.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform minor maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
Skills and Experience
- Preferred: Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.
