Global International Trading is a manufacturer of made-to-measure window blinds and a wholesaler of blind materials and components. Trading under the Style brand and based in Needham Market near Ipswich, we are looking for hardworking, motivated, and energetic people to join our production team as a Manufacturing Operator on Shift 1, working Monday to Friday (06:00 to 14:00).
Your day will involve:
- General production and assembly of our blinds, which could be roller, vertical, venetian, shutter blinds, or more. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given. However, experience working in a manufacturing role is desirable.
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they can work and communicate effectively with all staff in production.

Job Summary: A production operative is responsible for the manufacture of made-to-measure window blinds. Using various tools and machinery, you will prepare components and cut them to size, assemble blinds to a high standard, and pack them ready for despatch to the customer while following health and safety regulations. You will check and maintain machinery to ensure it is running correctly and that all products leave our factory in perfect condition.
