About Your Role
Where Craft Meets Innovation
- You’ll be right in the mix—operating world-class equipment, crafting quality beverages, and helping us push boundaries in modern manufacturing.
- Run high-speed, automated production packaging lines like a pro.
- Hit production targets while keeping quality sky-high.
- Perform flavour and size changeovers with precision.
- Spot issues, troubleshoot fast, and keep things moving.
Craft Quality in Every Drop
- Test, inspect, and monitor production to ensure top-tier quality.
- Champion our “All for Quality” mindset—because every can, bottle, and pack matters.
- Ensure everything meets GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.
Keep the Line Flowing
- Care for our state-of-the-art Swanbank equipment like it’s your own.
- Perform Autonomous Maintenance (clean and inspect)
- Keep our shiny new facility running at its absolute best.

- Have experience in manufacturing or fast-paced production (FMCG = bonus points!)
- Love working with machines, tech, and hands-on problem solving.
