Project Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking manufacturing team to deliver complex manufacturing projects.
Salary & Working Arrangements
- Circa £45,000 depending on experience
- Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2–3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
- Security Clearance:
- British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship
- HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard check (BPSS) required post-offer

The Opportunity
Collaborate within a forward-thinking manufacturing team, drive change, and work on ambitious projects. The Project Manager will interface domestically and internationally, balancing tactical execution with strategic impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fixed-cost programmes in a matrix environment, interfacing with customers, suppliers, and senior management
- Manage project scope, track deviations, and negotiate changes while assessing cost, schedule, and quality impact
- Risk management & mitigation: identify cost/schedule/quality risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans
- Lead project execution: prioritise objectives, mentor teams, champion proactive improvement
- Plan & maintain project controls using tools like Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Bid & estimation leadership: generate costings for existing products or new ones in collaboration with design/engineering teams
- Stakeholder collaboration: engage across the organisation, acting as a single point of contact for Industrial Transfer projects
- Relationship management: maintain strong connections with Manufacturing & Industrial Transfer Engineers
- Technical familiarity: preference for experience in engineering/production environments (including production transfer projects)
