## The Recipe (About the Role)
This critical role oversees secure production workflows, managing materials from arrival to finished products in our designated factory. Your success will be driven through strong leadership, ensuring compliance, safety, quality, productivity, cost control, timeliness, delivery excellence, and a thriving team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with legal, food safety, health and safety, environmental, and people policies.
- Oversee and achieve factory KPI targets, including quality and productivity benchmarks.
- Directly coach and support your team to meet operational objectives and industry standards.
- Lead training and development to ensure teams maintain required expertise.
- Efficiently align resources to meet budget and production goals.
- Regularly report on shift performance and production plan execution.
- Spearhead improvement projects, driving continuous process enhancement across cross-functional teams.
- Foster team excellence through coaching and accountability measures.

## The Ingredients (What We Need from You)
Essential
- Proven ability to facilitate and coach high-performing teams.
- 5–10+ years' experience in supervisory or team leadership within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing setting, with hands-on aspect management.
- Familiarity with lean or business improvement methodologies & tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Commitment to working within a 24/7 shift pattern.
- Ability to apply IOSH Managing Safely certification (or commitment to obtain it).
- Alignment with Weetabix values, including curiosity, accountability, and collaboration.
- Willingness to stay updated in your industry through continuous learning.
Desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP certification.
