Production Supervisor
Location: Leeds
Salary: £40,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, days
Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a global manufacturer in their search for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a high-performing company in Leeds, manufacturing products for regulated markets. You’ll be overseeing a team of 20-30 staff and effectively planning the production schedule to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a team of 20-30 in a busy, regulated environment
- Overseeing a number of industrial machinery processes, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outputs
- Planning and scheduling production activities with a methodical and proactive mindset
- Monitoring equipment constraints, analysing data, and solving problems before they escalate
- Ensuring strict adherence to compliance and safety procedures
- Communicating effectively across departments to keep everything on track

- Technical background - ideally from a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical, heavy engineering)
- Proven experience in a production leadership role
- Strong communication skills - you know how to manage up and keep everyone in the loop
- A methodical and proactive approach to planning and problem-solving
- Comfortable with data analysis and decision-making based on real-time information
