Apply now for the position of Manufacturing Systems Engineer (Fixed Term Contract - 12 months), and you will play a key role in enabling the successful introduction of new medical devices to our site through innovative manufacturing solutions.

Your Role:

  • You will lead reverse engineering activities for complex medical devices to understand design intent and functionality.
  • You will develop and validate robust manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • You will design and implement test systems to verify product performance and reliability.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer new products into production efficiently.
  • You will identify and mitigate risks in process development to ensure smooth scale-up.
  • You will document processes and create technical reports to support regulatory submissions.

Your Expertise:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing process development, preferably within medical devices or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of reverse engineering principles and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with test system design and validation.
  • Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 13485 and GMP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
