Manufacturing Systems Specialist
The Manufacturing Systems Specialist is responsible for the systems-related Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities across the Cardiff site. This position reports to the Senior Operations Manager and is part of the Operations Team located in Cardiff and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
- Ensure accurate configuration management, BOM structures, document control, and lifecycle state management.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure PLM and ERP data integrity, compliance, and manufacturing readiness.
- Chair the Cardiff product Engineering Change Control Boards (ECCB), ensuring engineering changes are prepared, reviewed, approved, implemented, and closed in accordance with Cytiva procedures.
Who you are:
- Experience in manufacturing change control.
- Practical experience working with ERP systems, (preferably Oracle ERP)
- Experience of working within a Quality Management System (preferably Veeva)
