Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Material Planning and Execution

Role Overview
As a Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Material Planning and Execution, you will be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery from the launch to the customer. You will play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. Planning and scheduling according to production needs, you'll use in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods, and procedures.
Responsibilities
As a Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Material Planning and Execution, you will be responsible for:
- Converting demand plans into orders and interpreting business trends.
- Analyzing incoming demand to identify exceptions and optimize inventory use.
- Planning and scheduling orders to meet customer needs.
- Performing material management analyses and implementing inventory stocking strategies.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams across the site to prioritize delivery dates.
- Managing material processes and procedures within Services.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have an Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
- Strong work experience in Material management.
- Understand foundational Oracle and MRP functionality.
- Work effectively with stakeholders and influence cross-functional decisions.
- Execute tasks with tactical focus and urgency.
- Demonstrate professional characteristics and industry knowledge.
- Have a permanent work permit in the UK.
