Who are we looking for?

Positive, can-do attitude – we value people who are proactive, willing to roll up their sleeves, and ready to get stuck in. Skills are important, but we can help you develop those along the way.

  • Attention to detail – you’ll be expected to follow instructions carefully, work safely, and maintain high standards in everything you do. Getting things right first time is key.
  • Eager to learn and improve – no one is perfect, but we want people who are motivated to learn, take ownership of their work, and look for ways to get better every day. We love results-driven team players who thrive in a busy environment.
  • Make an impact – if you’re ready to be part of a team that’s ambitious and hands-on, and want to contribute to something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
