Role Overview

Eastman Kodak Company is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our Wide Roll Film Manufacturing division located at the Eastman Business Park in Rochester, NY.

  • Work with Operations and Engineering on new and existing products to ensure outgoing product quality through end-to-end oversight
  • Review test results and quality records for completeness and compliance prior to final approval by Engineering
  • Support product complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions related to quality deviations
  • Work directly with Engineering to scope, draft, and execute experiments
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to optimize manufacturing of new and existing products to improve product quality and cost
  • Develop new test methods to support manufacturing and new business initiatives
  • Create and maintain SOPs, WIs, and CAGs based on current operations and best practices
  • Participate on multidisciplinary teams to achieve divisional goals

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
